The Backyard Bundle

Our starter freezer bundle, available year round. Six pounds of pasture-raised heritage pork, butchered and packaged for pickup at our farm in Conway, PA. Sized for a couple or a smaller family that cooks pork once or twice a week.

What's included

• 2 boneless heritage pork chops (about 1.25 lb each, individually packaged)
• 1 lb ground pork (one 1 lb pack)
• 2 lb breakfast sausage patties (two 1 lb packs)

Weights are approximate. You will receive at least the total weight you paid for; individual package weights vary.

The pork
Berkshire and Blue Butt heritage hogs, raised on 40+ acres in Conway, finished on pasture, and processed at a USDA inspected facility. No growth hormones, no routine antibiotics, no factory inputs. The same pork we feed our own family.

Pickup
Everything is vacuum-sealed and frozen. Local pickup only at the farm in Conway, PA. We text you after your order to coordinate a pickup time. Bring a cooler for the ride home.
