The full spread, available year round. Seventeen pounds of pasture-raised heritage pork plus a dozen farm eggs, built for the household that cooks from the freezer every week and wants a whole shoulder for a low and slow Sunday.

What's included

  • 4 boneless heritage pork cuts (about 1.25 lb each, individually packaged)
  • 1 whole bone-in pork shoulder (3 to 4 lb, ideal for pulled pork)
  • 3 lb ground pork (three 1 lb packs)
  • 1 lb hot Italian sausage (one 1 lb pack)
  • 2 lb pork spare ribs
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage patties (one 1 lb pack)
  • 1 dozen pasture-raised eggs (mixed brown and blue)

Weights are approximate. You will receive at least the total weight you paid for; individual package weights vary.

The pork
Berkshire and Blue Butt heritage hogs, raised on 40+ acres in Conway, finished on pasture, and processed at a USDA inspected facility. Heritage breeds grow slower, marble deeper, and taste like pork is supposed to.

The shoulder
The 3 to 4 lb shoulder roast is the right size for an overnight smoke or a Sunday slow cook. On at 8 AM at 225 degrees and you are pulling it at dinner.

Pickup
Everything is vacuum-sealed and frozen. Local pickup only at the farm in Conway, PA. We text you after your order to coordinate a pickup time. Bring a cooler for the ride home.
